From the southern charm of The Charleston, to the classic, American architecture of The Westover, we offer a wide range of stylish, fully customizable floor plans. But every so often, we meet a client who wants to start from scratch and design a home that is truly unique. And to those clients, we always say: Challenge accepted.
We're calling our latest creation The Sequoyah, a stunning home named after one of Knoxville's most scenic neighborhoods: Sequoyah Hills. Colonial-style homes are popular in this area, and the exterior of The Sequoyah pays homage to that heritage without looking too cookie-cutter. As you pull into the driveway, there is a beautiful contrast between the brick siding and wood accents. With a two-car garage and an open floor plan, this house is perfect for a family that loves to entertain. And those French barn doors certainly make a statement.
The Sequoyah also features an expansive covered deck that will be perfect for patio furniture and a cold beverage at the end of the day. And on chilly winter nights, there is a red brick fireplace to gather by downstairs. Only a few steps away is a brightly lit kitchen with a spacious pantry (and plenty of room for creativity and conversation over the stove).
When it’s time for bed, you can retire to the first-floor master suite. With his and hers sinks plus a walk-in shower and closet, the only vacation you’ll want to take is a staycation. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms to accommodate children or relatives from out of town. But when you need some peace and quiet, send your guests to the den or bonus room to keep them busy and entertained.
Whether partnering with us for a renovation or a completely new build, our team has the knowledge and experience to bring your dreams to life. Craftsmanship is kind of our thing.
